Leadership Achievements

I’m incredibly grateful for the many opportunities I’ve had to lead, collaborate, and inspire within the theatrical world. From directing ensembles to mentoring emerging artists, each experience has helped shape me into the leader I am today. Being recognized for my contributions is an honor, but what excites me most is the chance to continue growing, learning, and uplifting others through meaningful, creative work.

Women's History Month Panel

Following my work directing The Last Five Years by Jason Robert Brown with IC Second Stage, I was honored to be invited as a speaker for a Women's History Month panel celebrating female student leaders at Ithaca College. The event was hosted by Ithaca’s chapter of Her Campus Media, the leading digital magazine created by and for college women.

During the panel, I had the opportunity to share my journey as a young female artist—reflecting on the challenges I’ve faced, the lessons I’ve learned, and how those experiences have shaped my leadership and creative voice. I also had the privilege of learning from other exceptional student leaders from a wide range of majors, identities, and experiences.

As the youngest panelist, I felt especially proud to be recognized for my work and to represent the next generation of women in the arts. It was an incredibly meaningful experience that deepened my passion for mentorship, collaboration, and continuing to uplift other voices in creative spaces.
